I am a wedding pianist based in the midlands and available for bookings for 2010 and beyond.  I provide background music at weddings, civil ceremony's, corporate events and private parties.  You have no need to worry if there is not a piano at the venue as I have a portable digital keyboard.

My laid back, easy listening, cocktail style piano will add sophistication and ambience to any occasion.  My Music ranges from Nat King Cole, Frank Sinatra to Elton John and Lionel Richie.  So there is plenty of variety to please all tastes.

I have been playing solo piano for over seven years now, and have gained a wealth of experience of playing at some of the midlands top hotels, manors, country and golf clubs.

Below is a list of events and occasions which I would be able to provide entertainment for:

Wedding Breakfast
I will play sophisticated, easy listening music as your first guests arrive for your drinks reception.  As my equipment is portable, during summer months this can be outside on a terrace area (weather permitting).  I will then move into the wedding breakfast room prior to your line up (as you greet your guests) and play up until the speeches.  If you want me to continue playing after the speeches this can be arranged at an hourly rate.  Please contact me for further details.

Civil Ceremonys
Music While Your Guests Arrive, I will play light classical music as your guests arrive.  This creates a warm and relaxed atmosphere.

Arrival of The Bride
Make an entrance with your favourite music or choose a piece from my extensive repertoire.

During the Signing of the Register and Photographs
Canon in D by Johann Pachelbel is always a popular choice for this part of the ceremony.  However you can always choose a piece of music that is special to you.

Exit in Style
Music while the bride and groom leave and guests follow for group photographs.

Corporate Events
I believe that stylish presentation and performance of the highest quality are the greatest priorities at all occasions as they reinforce the reputation of the host organisation at important corporate events.  I have a wealth of experience of playing at corporate events as I am the resident pianist at the Leicester Tigers rugby ground.

Cocktail Parties
I am also available for private parties, my laid back 'cocktail' piano style is ideal for background music at  wedding anniversaries, birthday parties or simply a cocktail party.

Easy Listening
My flexible repertoire of Popular Classics, Blues, Jazz, Latin, Popular Ballads and Show music are mixed appropriately for each function.  My easy style is ideal to create ambience and sophistication to any occasion.  You don't have to worry about there being a piano at the venue as I play on a Technics digital piano/keyboard.  This has discrete but powerful amplication as the speakers are built into the unit.
